1.Machine applications:
This equipment is used to combine,exhause,and squeeze the soap grain which had been grinding,then send to the mould machine to make soap bars.
2.Working principle:
1).The upper screw rod is to squeeze the soap slice in the feed bin,downside screw rod is used for moulding,the vaccum room adopts visible design,and the vacuum watch can test the subatmospheric pressure.
2).This equipment adopts drive motor and reducer independently,and electromagnetism to change the speed.meanwhile,it control the production capacity flexibly,easy maintainance,and durable to use.Famous motor and reducer is applied,so the quality is steady and reliable to use.
3).Interlayer is designed to screw tube system,and used to get through the cooling water.
4).The heater in the head of the machine is used to rally the soap which had been heated,therefore the surface is more smooth,and automatic temperature-controlling system.
5).The mouth of the machine can be adjusted to slice mode to give all kinds of shapes as user's request.
6).The body adopts stainless welding parts, compacting construction,fine appearance,low noise,and steady quality.
7).Accessories: vacuum pump,water pump.
